Over the last year here at PEP we’ve been giving readers reviews and in-depth information about various highly specialized and maybe even over-theorized penis enlargement exercises, from the medical to the radical to the possibly hypothetical. Maybe something obvious we haven’t said enough is that it’s always a good idea to stretch, before you do any exercise. Stretching helps to keep you limber and to get the blood flowing to the part of the body you’re working out. Say you’re going to the gym this afternoon to do some serious sets of machino-macho work on your ‘ceps (2, 3, or 4). If you’ve made it this far, you probably remember what your high school gym teacher [Mr. Noblette and Ms. Hitt] taught you – to stretch your arms, or your legs, for a count of 20 seconds per limb before beginning your routine. You flex the muscles so you don’t pull them, and you circulate blood to the area, which helps your muscles expand.

What [Mr. Noblette and Ms. Hitt] didn’t tell you is that ten years later, when you’d dabbling in extending your penis length and/or girth, the same rules apply, if not more so. Since the penis is not actually a muscle -or a bone – you need to make sure to do a varied warm-up to stretch the lower body and groin area, where many muscles come together to support the penis when it’s doing its thing. Whatever enlargement exercises you are doing, warming up first is always a smart and safe idea.

To prepare your body properly for penis enlargement exercises, you’ll want to focus on your abdominal muscles, groin muscles, thigh muscles, and lower back muscles. There are a number of more holistic ways of working these, such as yoga or other aerobic practices that promote strength through sustained
stretching. These are highly recommended, with appropriate supervision or preparation, because they put you in touch with how muscles work together and they really heat up the body, which is precisely what blood circulation is all about.

If you’re looking for more specific stretches, try these:

Seated stretch – Sit on the floor and put the soles of your feet together. Gently push your knees towards the floor to stretch the thigh and groin muscles without straining. Hold for 20 seconds. You can also hold your feet as you stretch, a mix of this and the next exercise.

Seated stretch 2 – Sit on the floor and put our legs and feet out in as close to a V-shape as possible. Lean forward slowly with your hands on your waist, and keep your back as straight as possible without straining. Use your hands on the floor to prop you if necessary. This will stretch your abdominal and groin muscles, as well as the connected lower back muscles, not to mention your hamstrings. Hold for 20 seconds.

Standing stretch – Stand with your feet apart about as far as shoulders and slightly bend one knee as you lean towards it. You can put your hand on your knee for support if necessary. This stretches the thighs and groin area of your straight leg. Hold for 20 seconds.

Standing stretch 2 – Stand with your feet apart a little farther than your shoulders and squat down slowly between your legs until you are almost seated. This stretches your lower back and groin muscles. Hold for 20 seconds.

The rub

A very important note here is that during all the holds in these exercises, it always good to massage and rub the inner thighs and groin area in a steady and slow manner, applying firm pressure with the palm and fingers together. This brings blood to the pelvic region and encourages muscle flexibility and strength as the muscles are stretched. This is probably the most important part of the stretches and will surely enhance your body’s response to your penis enlargement exercises.
