Penis Exercises: Encourage new cell growth in the carpora cavernosa resulting in a longer, thicker penis.
- Firmly grasp the head of your penis with your hand (whichever hand is most comfortable to you).
- Pull the head of your penis away from your body and hold for 5 to 6 seconds.
- Gently pull the head to the right. Feel the pressure on the left side of your penis as you hold this for 5 to 6 seconds.
- Gently pull the head to the left. Feel the pressure on the right side of your penis as you hold this for 5 to 6 seconds.
- Pull the head downwards. Hold this for 5 to 6 seconds.
- To finish this stretch, pull the head upwards and hold for 5 to 6 seconds.
- These steps should be repeated for a total of approximately 10 minutes.
