The term “jelqing” is a pretty far-reaching one, which encompasses a variety of penis enlargement exercises. The Jelqing V Stretch is A-OK
If you’re a PE novice, you might be wondering, how is this magnificent exercise carried out? Well, there are a lot of them, including some that we’ve already explained like the v stretch, power stretch and sit-down stretch, but we’ll explain the most common jelq. Like all exercises, you’re going to want to start with a warm up. In the case of penis exercising, this means taking a warm bath or wrapping your member in a towel soaked in warm water. This increases blood flow to the penis and primes you for maximum effectiveness.
Here’s a tip. Pros will tell you it’s essential for this exercise to lubricate before you start jelqing. Any kind of lube will do, but I would recommend a water-based personal lubricant from the drug store. Petroleum jelly is also popular.
Now comes the serious business. This exercise is to be performed on a semi-erect penis. If you do it with a completely flaccid penis, it won’t work, and if you do it on an erection, it also won’t work. Wrap your thumb and forefinger completely around the base of your penis making an “OK” formation with your hand. With a firm grasp, perform a “milking” motion, pulling all the blood towards the head of the penis. This can repeated over a hundred times, but number of reps will vary depending on how advanced you are.

One of the reasons jelqing has remained so popular over the millennia is that it doesn’t cost any money (except for the lube, I guess). Moreover, it works.
